Create an employee account to join a business account

A business account is a central place for the business owner/manager/admin (aka Owner) to post schedules and send work information to their team.

If team members and employees want to receive those schedules and information, they need to create an employee account and join the business account.

‼ Note: To create an employee account, you’ll need to ask for a join code from the Owner of the business account.

Join an existing business account on Camelo (with a join code)

Follow these steps to create an employee account using a join code:

  1. Visit https://dashboard.camelohq.com/signup.
  2. Select Employee and click Get started.
  3. Enter the join code you receive from the Owner of the business account, then click Request to join.
  4. Enter your name, email address, and phone number to complete your profile, then click Join now.

  1. Open Camelo app and tap Sign up for Free.
  2. Select Employee to create an employee account, then tap Get started.
  3. Enter the join code you receive from the Owner of the business account, then tap Request to join.
  4. Enter your full name, email address, and phone number (optional) to complete your profile information.
