Change business account settings

You can manage your business account settings anytime:

  • On Camelo web, click the button.
  • On Camelo app, go to the Menu tab and select My Company.

From here, you can:

  • Update schedules, positions, and job sites of your business
  • Manage access and permission to workplace data
  • Change timezone, typical work hours, and common shift times of your business
  • Manage scheduling settings such as auto clock out or private scheduling.
  • Manage attendance settings such as clock-in methods or break deduction.
  • Manage timesheets settings such as timesheet rounding.

Update schedules, positions, and job sites of your workplace

A schedule on Camelo is a way to group your employees. A schedule can be a physical location, a team, or a department. You can add or remove schedules in the Schedules section.

Manage access and permission to certain data

Different roles in Camelo have different levels of access and permission to data. You can select certain team members to access, view, and manage data in the Access & Permission section.

Change timezone, typical work hours, and common shift time

When you create a business account on Camelo, the account’s timezone is based on your location. You can change the default timezone to another timezone. Note that if you change the timezone, time-dependent features on Camelo will be affected.

The Typical Work Hours and Common Shift Time features on Camelo help suggest time so you can create shifts, leave requests, or timesheets more quickly.

You can change the above settings under the GENERAL section in My Company.

Turn on and off clock-in methods

Camelo currently supports 3 clock-in methods: Facial Recognition, Location, and Wifi Network. You can turn them on and off under the CLOCK IN METHODS section in My Company.
