Create and manage task list templates
What is a task list template?
Task list templates allow you to create repeatable task lists. If you have to create and assign similar task lists, you can save details of the tasks inside task list templates. This way, you can create task lists quickly without having to enter the same tasks one by one from scratch.
For example, if you often assign a list of tasks for the morning workers, you can create a task list template called “Morning Tasks”, so next time you don’t have to manually create that task list from scratch.
Notes
- You must have the Owner and Schedule Manager role to create and use task list templates.
- Currently, you can only create and manage task list templates using the Camelo web app.
Create a task list template
- Within the Scheduler, click the button on the toolbar.
- Click Manage task list templates.
- Click Add Template. Enter the details. Then click Create Task List Template.
Edit a task list template
- Within the Scheduler, click the button on the toolbar.
- Click Manage task list templates.
- Find the template you want to edit and click Edit.
- Edit the template details and then click Update Task List Template to save changes.
